Entry requirements
- Age 17 or above; GCE O/L or equivalent secondary education, or relevant experience reviewed by admissions.
- Basic IT literacy and numeracy; foundation support for beginners where needed.
- Attendance at supervised practical sessions is required.

- Blended online theory and supervised computer-lab workshops. Work through realistic service tickets and practise explaining faults to customers.

- English; any additional language support must be confirmed for the cohort

- 6 guided + 4 independent hrs/week
- Assessment
- Assemble and configure a computer, diagnose a set of faults and submit a complete service portfolio.

- Campus or approved-centre hardware lab, tools and training computers; a personal laptop for theory and documentation.
