At the campus counter
Come to our main campus during office hours and pay at the desk. You'll be given a numbered receipt before you leave — keep it.
Fees & payments
Two ways to pay today — over the counter at the campus, or by bank deposit. Whichever you choose, the payment is recorded against your Student ID, so it's on your record the moment the office enters it.
Pay online
Secure card payment for your course fees, from wherever you are. We are building it now — until it goes live, pay at the campus counter or by bank deposit below. Anything else claiming to be us isn't.
Ways to pay
Come to our main campus during office hours and pay at the desk. You'll be given a numbered receipt before you leave — keep it.
Pay into the campus account from any bank or banking app, then send us the slip. Account details are below.
Bank deposit
Pay into this account only. Write your Student ID on the deposit slip or in the transfer reference — it's how we match the money to you.
Don't have your Student ID yet? Use your full name and the course name, and tell the office when you send the slip.
What you may be asked to pay
Not every course charges all of these. Ask admissions for the amounts that apply to the course you're taking — we'd rather quote you correctly than publish a number that's out of date.
Paid once, when you first enrol. It's what creates your student record.
The fee for the course itself. Most courses can be paid in instalments — ask.
Your student identity card, where the course issues one.
Printed tutorials and handouts, where the course uses them.
Course textbooks, where they're supplied through the campus.
Occasional items such as a course T-shirt. Always itemised on your receipt.
After you pay
Protect yourself
If something you've been asked to do doesn't match this list, stop and call the campus before you pay anyone.
Fees go to the campus account named above, never to an individual's account — not a lecturer's, not a staff member's.
Every payment made at the campus gets a numbered receipt, on the spot. No receipt means it wasn't a campus payment.
We don't chase fees by phone demanding immediate payment to a new account. If you get that call, it isn't us.
Tell us your name and course and we'll go through your record with you — what's been paid, and what's still outstanding.
