Entry requirements

• Age 17 or above; a quantity-surveying or construction certificate, or equivalent experience assessed through an interview and task.
• GCE O/L mathematics or equivalent practical numeracy, plus basic English.
• Applicants entering directly from school need a drawing and measurement readiness check.
